The Youth Force are young people who care for young people. Ages 18+, they can earn a certificate, get credentialed, and launch a career as a community health worker, behavioral health coach or counsellor on Welfie. The Youth Force is the first step to an impactful career in health care. Just imagine where youth can go from here.

  • It all starts with the Welfie Health Certificate an online self paced course youth can take to earn credits towards graduation and make sure they are a fit for The Youth Force

  • We match youth with a training center based on their passion, interests and skills. Youth start their apprenticeship, care for youth in their community. Having impact while they gain on the job training

  • The same platform youth use as an apprentice, they can use on day one to care for their patients, document and bill Medicaid

    Monet completed The Welfie Health Certificate and found out she would be a great match for a Youth Mental Health Corp apprenticeship. Welfie matched her with a training center in her state, and after a year she got credentialed and is now practicing at a local school based health center

  • Community Health Worker

    During his apprenticeship. Emmett realized mental health wasn't for him, but community health was. He loved, focusing on the whole child and now works as a community health worker with a local non-profit caring for youth.
